These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Khaos News, operated by Khaos Media. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Who can use Khaos
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You may browse published news and events without an account. Field Agent accounts (writers) are invite-only and require you to be 18 or older.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, including your date of birth. One person per account — no impersonation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, harassing, hateful, or threatening content
- Doxx or share others' private information without consent
- Impersonate people, clans, or organisations
- Spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the platform
- Circumvent moderation or age requirements
Authentic gaming voice is welcome in editorial content. Targeted abuse, slurs used to harass, and hate speech are not. See our Community Guidelines.
Your content
When you submit articles, events, profile information, or other content, you grant Khaos Media a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content on Khaos News and related channels (including social and RSS). You retain ownership of your work.
Moderation & termination
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Articles and events are subject to moderation before publication.
Disclaimer
Khaos News is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Gaming news and community information may contain errors — verify important details independently.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
